Meadowbrook Birthday Signs

Join us as we help students celebrate their birthdays and raise money for the PTO! We will decorate your front lawn with a festive display of signs on your child’s birthday. Committee members deliver and assemble signs the evening before the birthday, and they remove the signs the day after the birthday. 

  • $20 per birthday (if purchased by September 1)
  • $25 per birthday (if purchased after September 1)
    $15 per birthday (Self-Service Birthday Signs after September 20)

Early-Bird Birthday Signs - $20 (August 20 - Sept 1)
Signs will be delivered by our Birthday Sign Committee volunteers.

Regular Birthday Sign - $25 (Sept 2 - Sept 20)
Signs will be delivered by our Birthday Sign Committee volunteers.

Self-Service Birthday Signs - $15 (After Sept 20)
Since signs must be ordered at least 2 weeks prior to your child's birthday to be scheduled by our Birthday Signs Committee, we had to set a final cut-off for orders.  This allows us to avoid last-minute stress and ensure our volunteers can plan accordingly.

After September 20, only Self-service birthday signs will be available for purchase. You will pick up the signs from a volunteer's home, place the signs out in your yard for your child, and return the signs to the volunteer's home.

  1. You must pick up the signs from our volunteer's home (close to school) ON THE DAY BEFORE your child's birthday
  2. You must return the signs to our volunteer's home ON THE DAY AFTER your child's birthday
  3. You must email the committee chair to confirm pickup date and time, please include:
  4. Your order is not confirmed until you have received confirmation by email from the committee chairperson.
