The Meadowbrook PTO operates in accordance with a set of bylaws that ensure transparency, fairness, and consistency in our operations. These bylaws outline the purpose of the organization, the structure of leadership, membership requirements, and processes for decision-making. By adhering to these guidelines, we strive to foster a collaborative and supportive environment for our school community.

PTO Mission

  • To promote an environment in which every student has the opportunity to grow intellectually, socially and emotionally.

  • To promote a close relationship between the home and the school, so parents, guardians, teachers, school staff and school administrators may cooperate in the education and enrichment of the students.

  • To raise funds for the benefit of the Meadowbrook School and students.

  1. What does the PTO do?
    Meadowbrook PTO is here to help facilitate communication and cooperation between parents, teachers, and school administrators in order to create a positive and productive learning environment for students.  Below is a list of activities and responsibilites that the PTO undertakes:

  2. What is Paperless PTO?
    Paperless PTO is the entire District 28 PTO's website and mobile app hosting company. They provide e-commerce website and mobile apps to Meadowbrook PTO and all the other PTOs under District 28.

  3. How can I help?
    The Meadowbrook PTO is dependent on the invaluable contributions of our parent volunteers.  They are the driving force behind the various programs, services and events planned throughout the school year.  Whether you're a pro at event planning, a tech whiz, a creative guru, or just eager to lend a helping hand, we have a spot for you.   4. How does the PTO raise money?
    Annual membership dues per family ($10). This fee mostly covers our operational costs like website hosting, custom domain (www.meadowbrookpto.com) and credit card processing fees. Our annual Hassle Free Fundraiser ($25 suggested), Restaurant and Special Treat Fundraisers as well as various Programs like Pizza Lunch, Marla's Lunch, Birthday Signs are all used to support our Teacher Grants, Programs, Events and Fundraising expenses.
