Volunteer at Feed My Starving Children
The PTO is working on putting together another community service project for Meadowbrook Stars and their families. We hope that with our "Meadowbrook Gives Back" initiative, we are able to support community upliftment proejcts while teaching our children about service and generosity.
Please join us to pack meals for undernourished children around the world - turning hunger into hope!
- WHY? A positive way to introduce our children to community service and the importance of giving on a global level
- WHO? Meadowbrook Families - Parents/Caregivers and children ages 5 and up
- WHEN? Saturday, January 20, 2:00-3:45pm
- WHERE? Feed My Starving Children in Libertyville, Illinois
- WHAT? Volunteering includes:
- 15 minutes - Safety video
- 1 hour - Packing meals
- 20 minutes - Clean up
- Quick Debrief on number of meals packed by our group that day
Note: FMSC is a Nut and Dairy-free facility
