ARTWORK MUST BE IN PORTRAIT ORIENTATION (not landscape)
MUST INCLUDE:

  • 2024-2025 Meadowbrook Memory Book
  • Artist’s Name & Homeroom Teacher written in pencil on the back

IMPORTANT NOTE: MEMORY BOOK VS. 5TH GRADE YEARBOOK

Please note that the memory book is a collection of memories and events from this school year, featuring all K-5 students. The 5th Grade Yearbook, however, is a special keepsake for the Class of 2025, celebrating their entire journey at Meadowbrook from Kindergarten through 5th grade. The Memory Book is not related to the 5th Grade Yearbook, nor will it take its place.
