This beloved community event helps fund scholarships for School District 28 alumni as they graduate from high school. Families from all five schools—Greenbriar Elementary, Meadowbrook Elementary, Westmoor Elementary, Northbrook Junior High, and Glenbrook North High School—are invited to participate in the fun and support a great cause. Since 1989, the Homer O. Harvey Scholarship Fund has raised over $400,000, awarding scholarships to nearly 400 high school students!

We Need Volunteers!
To help our students get race-ready, we’re looking for volunteers to assist with recess training runs leading up to the event. It’s a great way to encourage young runners and build excitement for race day.
